Based on your questionnaire answers, I’ll design a customised workout plan for you. This plan will cater to your specific goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Whether you want to work out at home or the gym, for longer or shorter durations, with or without equipment, you have total freedom. Your workout routine is entirely in your hands, but I’m here to guide you.

You can access your complete workout plan through the app, where every exercise comes with a video to explain how to do it right. Don’t like a particular exercise? No problem! You can swap it out for another one. Can’t work out on a specific day? That’s fine too; just move your workout to a different day that suits you.

Well, we’ll first calculate the daily calorie intake that your body requires. With this target, each recipe is tailored to fit neatly into your calorie count.

For example, suppose your body needs 2000 calories per day to reach your weight loss goals, and you prefer to consume this over four meals. In that case, each recipe will contain approximately 500 calories. If you decide you’d like a change, you can swap a recipe for another one at any time.
